D eparting from Grado, this route takes one first to Udine (45km from Grado) and one finds oneself already in the heart of Friuli, not far from here, one can follow the Castles and Prosciutto Route, through the medieval towns of Fagagna and Arcano, one arrives at the city of San Daniele, world famous for its prosciutto; continuing towards Ragogna, Majano, Osoppo, Colloredo di M. Albano, it becomes a pleasant day trip. Another alternative could be to proceed in the direction of neighbouring Udine where one could spend a tranquil afternoon walking amidst the elegant shops of the historic centre.
